It's not always obvious, but slowing down makes space for you to meet your personal goals. You might expect to feel as if you're settling into hibernation when you first begin to listen to the quality of your movements. And, just like in hibernation, there is a lot going on, so much that you'll miss it if you try to keep moving at the break-neck speed of our modern world. Most important, we need to get the full measure of our patterns before we can discern and integrate new ones.
