This lesson is great for

  1. •equalizing the efforting you might be using in the front and back of your torso,

  2. •loosening the grip of your eyes on your movement, and

  3. •easing your comfort after a long car or plane ride.

If you're a writer, this lesson helps you counteract the effects of sitting at your workstation for many hours.

Repeat these instructions as many times as you need, pause when you want, and continue on at a leisurely pace. With practice, you’ll learn to smooth out the movements until almost no effort is required to roll from side to side.
