We begin with finding what is,
                          accepting what has been,
and then opening to what will come.

I’ve always been fascinated with how people think, move, and behave. Growing up, I was surrounded by adults struggling to make a comfortable life, often with great anxiety. I wondered if life could be different.

For years, I worked with clients who had difficulties communicating with others. After many years and countless sessions, it became clear that each person’s motivation, intention, and desire played a significant role in whether they improved.

Finally, I stumbled onto the Feldenkrais Method and became fascinated with the idea of self image affecting how one learns and behaves. And, I discovered an even more deeply rooted way of learning, that of the movement process.

Now, my work is to help my clients experience their lives in a new way by:

   • facilitating and exploring a new set of possibilities,
   • asking them to step forward into their hopes,
   • facilitating and exposing connections to their most       basic experiences, such as breathing and walking.

My mission is to help my clients open to what will come.

What I offer

Workshops and Lectures
The potential for change within a group is amazing. We focus on discovering each participant’s curiosity for living more fully. Then, we expand that possibility into relationships and vocation with all the richness of our intentions.

Essays, books, and tapes
My work, largely about change, hope, and personal transformation, is inspired by years of telling my story through my actions, emotions, and speech. By putting my ideas on paper and CD, the possibility of sharing them with others expands.
