Kim has
always been fascinated with how people think, move, and
behave. And, after many years and countless sessions working
with clients who had difficulties
communicating,
it became clear that each person’s motivation, intention,
and desire played a significant role in whether they improved.
A decade into her hospital work with acute care patients
struggling to communicate their needs, she stumbled onto the
Feldenkrais Method® and became
hooked by the concept that one's self-image affects how one
improves and changes.
Whether the goal is
improved communication, improved well-being, or increased
efficiency, Kim works with each client to build a large
repertoire of choices for any given situation. Her work
focuses on the
processes of change, stretching a client's
attention skills and teaching them the language of
awareness, self-awareness, and self-image. Kim works
with her clients to build greater resiliency and ability for a better life.
Education and Self-Image Lessons
